One of the more recent additions to the Stark family is the introduction of our line of handcrafted spirits. From bourbon to coconut rum, our selection ensures something for everyone. Because not many folks have yet experienced our superior line, we want to take this opportunity to provide you with a bit of information on each selection.

Bourbon

Whether you prefer your bourbon on the rocks or in our signature old fashioned, Stark Bourbon delivers an experience you have to try to believe. Aged for a minimum of one year in small barrels, our award-winning, 100 proof bourbon provides an exceptionally smooth experience with smokey oak flavors that combine seamlessly with hints of vanilla and caramel.

Vodka

Whether you’re a fan of vodka or not, you won’t want to miss Stark Vodka. Our 80 proof, record-breaking, handcrafted with grain vodka is filtered through Southeast Asian burnt coconut shells for two days. The slow drip, gravity-fed process provides an experience like no other – the ultimate smoothness with a hint of sweetness and ZERO burn that many have become accustomed to with traditional vodkas.

Rum

If you’re looking for an old-world experience, Stark Rum is where it’s at. Crafted with 100% molasses – like the pirates used to do it, our rum is distilled then aged in our bourbon barrels. The unique process provides a natural golden hue with just a hint of smokiness. At 80 proof, this rum is perfect on the rocks or combined with your favorite frozen cocktail.

Coconut Rum

Created using the same process as our original Stark Rum, this coconut blend offers an added surprise for those needing a tropical escape (isn’t that everyone these days)? Be sure to look closely as you’ll see pieces of real coconut floating around the bottle. Nothing but the finest, most authentic ingredients here!
